About Our Team


  • Dennis Ardizzoni. Mr. Ardizzoni is the principal economic and financial advisor for DFW Broadband. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in Ohio with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and received a Masters degree from the University of Connecticut. He worked for the U.S. Treasury Department as a National Bank Examiner for his entire 32 year career. His principal responsibility was evaluating and monitoring various levels of risk assumed by banks, including credit, investment, foreign exchange and operational risks. These risk assessments were primarily performed in U.S. based multi-national and regional banks. Today, he oversees his own investment portfolio and manages investment funds for family members and friends.


  • Marshall Cline. Mr. Cline has twenty-five years of high-technology executive experience. He is in charge of all day-to-day technical activities, including software development, network deployment and operation, customer support, and installations. He has served as an external technology expert for many of the world's leading technology companies. An early Internet FAQ celebrity, he has written and lectured extensively, serving as Guest Editor for IEEE and ACM journals.

    Mr. Cline was a Principal Voting Member of the X3J16 and X3J20 standardization committees. He received a B.S. in Physics cum laude from St. Lawrence University, and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University.


  • Renee Girou. Ms. Girou oversees the sales and marketing efforts for DFW Broadband. She has twenty years of sales management experience, and is very customer-focused. Ms. Girou holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.


  • Chuck Huffman. Mr. Huffman has over 25 years experience in the communications industry with in-depth knowledge of networks, equipment and services and is a technology advisor for DFW Broadband. He has held positions as Chief Technology Officer for TelOptica, International Group Vice President for DSC Corporation and Chief Scientist for Rockwell International. He has a very strong history in the development and deployment of a wide range of communications technologies including optical, wireless and wire line. He was chairman of Standards Committee T1X1 for five years during which time the advanced fiber optic network architecture and connectivity interface standards were developed.

    Mr. Huffman received his BSEE from Christian Brothers University and attended graduate school at Southern Methodist University and VPI. He has been awarded 13 patents with two additional patents pending.


  • Frank Markey. Mr. Markey is the principal advisor on all matters related to commercial real estate for DFW Broadband. He is a commercial real estate executive and investor with more than 25 years experience in the industry. He has been a private investor and advisor for the last five years, advising companies such as the Resolution Trust Corporation, First Interstate Bank Corporation, and Wells Fargo Bank.

    After receiving his B.S. degree in Industrial Technology from Texas A&M University and doing graduate work in Economics, he worked for Collins Radio and Rockwell, designing missile guidance systems.


  • Kelley Peters. Mr. Peters is a corporate strategist and marketing advisor for DFW Broadband. He was co-founder of Kelt Capital Ventures, LP (KCV), a business strategy consulting firm, and co-founder and Vice President of eVox Productions, LLC, a leading supplier of digital imaging production services. Mr. Peter's previous experience includes BP Chemicals (Hitco), where he served as Director of Business Development, and ITT Aerospace Controls as Director of Sales and Marketing. Early in his career, Mr. Peters held several key management and sales positions at the Verbatim Division of Eastman Kodak and Xerox Corporation.

    Mr. Peters holds a BA in economics from Columbia University and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
